Mayor’s development plan finds little support at 5th District meeting

Richmond residents repeatedly bucked the moderators at Thursday evening’s town hall meeting on the mayor’s development plan for Shockoe Bottom and the Boulevard, asking pointed questions about slave history and financial projections and taking loud issue with a two-minute time limit imposed on speakers from the public. Link
